Moser Dispute Resolution – MDR provides specialist services in international dispute resolution. Gustavo Moser is an arbitrator, consultant and legal expert with over 20 years’ experience in cross-border dispute resolution, international commercial law and intellectual property. He has advised international organisations and government agencies on law reform, intellectual property and private international law.
He is qualified in Brazil, Portugal, and England and Wales, and works across both civil law and common law systems. His publications have been described as “exceptionally interesting” and “thought-provoking”.
