At the invitation of Gustavo Moser, Shaparak Saleh and Kateřina Palkovská of Three Crowns have authored a new checklist for LexisNexis UK examining the impact of sanctions throughout the life of a transaction and any resulting arbitration.
The checklist sets out 50 practical questions spanning initial risk assessment and contract drafting, contractual performance, the funding and conduct of proceedings, recognition, enforcement and ultimate recovery. It is intended to help in-house teams, counsel and arbitrators to identify potential obstacles at an early stage.
