On 15 October, Gustavo Moser delivered an online course in Portuguese on bad faith in domain name disputes, organised in connection with the 15th anniversary of the Brazilian Center for Resolution of Disputes, Mediation and Arbitration in Intellectual Property of ABPI (CSD-ABPI).
The course examined bad faith in domain name disputes and the circumstances from which it may be inferred under Brazil’s SACI-Adm. It also compared the SACI-Adm framework with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), drawing on selected decisions and practical scenarios.
