Gustavo Moser has completed the 2025–2026 ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy, an advanced programme focused on the practical judgment and skills required to serve as an international arbitrator. The programme concluded in Milan in October.
Following a case from commencement to final award, participants examined the decisions that shape arbitral proceedings, from procedural management and the conduct of hearings to tribunal deliberations and award drafting, including the handling of differing views within a tribunal.
Led by co-chairs Niuscha Bassiri, Tina Cicchetti and Michael W. Bühler, the Academy combined practical exercises and mock hearings with exchanges of experience among participants and guest speakers across Europe.
